PureSpelt One-Pot Oven Spaghetti
Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
Baking or cooking time: approx. 30 minutes
serves four, one baking dish approx. 22 x 30 cm
One-Pot
butter for the form
300 g PureSpelt spaghetti
100 g mushrooms, sliced
1 red pepper, diced
3 sticks celery, sliced
2 spring onions, in rings
1 kohlrabi, peeled and diced
700 ml vegetable stock
200 ml cream
1 clove garlic, pressed
salt and pepper
Garnish
Sbrinz, grated
lemon thyme and kohlrabi leaves

One-pot: lay the spaghetti in the buttered form and spread the vegetables over top. Mix together the vegetable stock, cream, garlic, salt and pepper, and pour over the ingredients in the from. Bake for 30-35 minutes in the middle of an oven preheated to 200 °C, stirring once or twice.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with Sbrinz and garnish with lemon thyme and kohlrabi leaves.
Tips
Depending on the season, you can use different vegetables, just be sure to cut them into small pieces. If desired, you can add cubed ham, bacon, or tofu.
