16 DAR-VIDA PureSpelt Crackers
Topping
180 g of crème fraîche
2-3 tablespoons of horseradish, peeled, finely grated
A little salt
Decoration
1-2 smoked fillets of trout, plucked into pieces
3-4 tablespoons of cranberries from the jar
Pepper for sprinkling
Pfeffer zum Bestreuen

For the topping mix the crème fraîche with the horseradish and salt.

Shortly before serving, spread the crème fraîche on the DAR-VIDA PureSpelt crackers, decorate.
Suggestions
Instead of crème fraîche, use fresh cream cheese or quark. Instead of fresh horseradish, use horseradish from the jar.
