PureSpelt cheese slices
to serve four
8 slices of PureSpelt toasting bread
4 tablespoons of white wine or non-alcoholic apple wine
Topping
250 g of pumpkin, cleaned and grated using a coarse grater
250 g of Tilsiter or Gruyere cheese, grated using a coarse grater
1 garlic clove, pressed
Pepper from the pepper mill
1 tablespoon of rosemary, finely chopped
1/2 of a red peperoncini (peperoni), sliced into rings
A litle nut or olive oil for sprinkling

Distribute the PureSpelt toasting bread slices on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Sprinkle evenly with the white wine or apple wine.

For the topping, mix all the ingredients and distribute evenly on the PureSpelt bread slices. Sprinkle evenly with the chosen oil.
Baking
15-18 minutes in the middle of an oven pre-heated to 180°C.
Suggestion
Serve together with a colourful mixed salad.
