PureSpelt grass powder latte

Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes

To serve one (glass or cup)

1 teaspoon of PureSpelt grass powder
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
0.5 dl of boiling water
2-2.5 dl of milk
Liquid honey
A little PureSpelt grass powder for sprinkling

Add the PureSpelt grass powder and the vanilla sugar to the cup of boiling water and stir well. Heat the milk in a milk frother or in a pan while whipping constantly with a whisk and froth up. Pour the hot milk into the cup, garnish immediately with honey and PureSpelt grass powder and enjoy.
