PureSpelt Breakfast Cookies

Baking or cooking time: approx. 12 minutes
Makes 8-10
100 g PureSpelt Flakes
50 g almonds, chopped
20 g ground flaxseed
30 g ground hemp seeds
30 g seed mix
3 dates, chopped finely
pinch of salt
125 g nut butter, e.g. almond or hazelnut
55 g sweetened condensed milk, or maple syrup
approx. 3 tbsp milk

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. With wet hands, form 8-10 cookies and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Baking: Place the cookies in the bottom half of an oven preheated to 180 °C and bake for 10-12 minutes. Take out and let cool. Store in a dry, cool place.

The cookies keep for about a week in a cool, dry place, or you can freeze them in batches. Enjoy these energy-dense cookies before sports, on a hike, or crumbled as a topping for yogurt, quark or fruit.
